| Pokok Masalah: Upaya Hukum terhadap Putusan Pengadilan. Surat Kuasa untuk Kasasi.

| Kaidah Hukum: Sesuai dengan pasal 113 ayat (1) UU Mahkamah Agung Indonesia, apabila permohonan kasasi dalam perkara perdata diajukan oleh seorang wakil, maka ia harus secara khusus dikuasakan untuk itu. Dalam perkara ini, permohonan kasasi dinyatakan tidak dapat diterima karena dalam surat kuasa tidak disebutkan bahwa si wakil diberi kuasa untuk mengajukan kasasi.
